Text messaging advice is not offered as a stand-alone service and must be paired with a Clinical Exercise Consultation or purchased following an exercise consult.

If purchased in conjunction with an exercise consult the text messaging plan becomes active immediately after the initial consult has taken place.  You will receive at text message from the Online Exercise Clinic stating that the service is active and the expiry date.

Clients who purchase text messaging packages are consenting to having information about their health communicated via text messages and/or email.

To ensure end-to-end encryption and data security, clients who opt for text messaging plans will be prompted to download the free Singal (www.signal.org) messaging application to their mobile device.

We endeavour to answer all messages the same business day, however messages received after 5pm Pacific Standard Time may not be returned until the following day.
